Took a bus to the train station where we will take a train to HuaLien to go to 太鲁阁峡谷 where we will see big marble mountains and other attractions.
During the Train ride, there are many nice scenaries, below are some of it....

- 3: Breakfast -
Breakfast is the 1st meal of the day and of cos its important, but not all hotels provide good Breakfast.
The 1st breakfast which is on Day 2 is no good, little variety to choose from and the food Sux!!! =(
Food Rating: 2/5
3rd day's breakfast is eaten in Promised Land Resort, The french toast is nice, food is NICE!!! =D
Food Rating 4/5
4th day's Breakfast okok lar... Taste not bad too... =D

Other days breakfast are not as good, din take any pictures as its not worth taking~~~ hahaha.... =D

- 2: Things from Taiwan -
10 Days in Taiwan and visited numerous places, have bought 2 things which i needed and most expensive of all purchases. Some are small souvenirs bought at different places and some are souvenirs bought for colleagues...

- Taiwan Trip 15th Nov 2007 - 24th Nov 2007 -
- Summary -
15th Nov 2007 (Day 1)
Singapore -> Taipei
- Assemble in Changi Airport for our flight to Taipei 3pm Depart.
- Arrive in Taipei @ 8pm
- Went to 饶河夜市
- Check in Hotel "City Suites Hotel"
Taipei -> HuaLien
- 1st stop @ 九份 where we bought muachees, some souvenirs and took some pictures
- Proceed to train station leaving for 花莲
- Bought 矿工便当 for our Lunch
- Board Train @ 11am
- Reach 新城（太鲁阁）站 and proceed to board bus
- Reach 太鲁阁峡谷 saw big big marble Mountains and took many pictures there
- Proceed to a 5 star resort for our stay - 理想大地度假酒店
- Had our dinner there and we had a chance to 放天灯 where we write down our wishes and send it up to heaven
HuaLien -> TaiTung -> KaohSiung
- We will enroute TaiTung towards KaohSiung today
- Lunch break at 山水轩餐厅 @ TaiTung, one of the Specialty Meals
- Continue Journey through 中央山脉
- There are breaks throughout the journey
- One last one was where we had 烤地瓜
- Reach 高雄 @ 6pm where we went shopping and have dinner @ 梦时代广场(Dream Mall)
- After Dream Mall, we went to Urban Spot light and Love River b4 proceeding to hotel.
KaohSiung -> ChiaYi -> AliShan -> PuLi
- After we our breakfast, make our way to 嘉义, 阿里山公园
- The scenary is really breathtaking
- Climbed 阿里山 which is 3000m above Sea level, the air up there is so fresh and cool
- Had our Lunch up there tasting 阿里山美食, one of the specialty meals
- After lunch, had a leisure walk down 阿里山, enjoying the scenery and taking many pictures
- Went towards 埔里 for our hotel stay @ 埔里晶园度假村酒店
- Had our dinner there and went for a SPA session 30mins after dinner
PuLi -> The Formosa Aborignal Culture Village Theme Park -> Sun Moon Lake -> TaiChung
- After breakfast, we proceeded to 九族文化村主题乐园 to see the the 9 tribes of the Aboriginal
- Saw a welcoming show b4 entering and had many rides and spent half a day there
- Lunch is a tasty 日月潭风味餐 one of the Specialty Meals
- Visited 日月潭 and proceeded to 文武庙 where i took a very rare nature picture, stay tuned
- Visited 孔雀园 where we saw peacock many rare species of birds in taiwan
- Headed towards 台中 where we had our dinner @ 五角船板 one of the Specialty Meals
- Went to 逢甲夜市 where we were told its the best place to shop as things here are cheapest
- Spent 2 hours shopping but din get much
- Proceed to Hotel
TaiChung -> Taipei
- Today we will be heading back to Taipei
- Our lunch is 浙江名菜 + 上海小笼汤包 @ 上海故事
- Headed towars 台北 to visit 忠烈词 and saw the hourly changing of guards
- Went to 毛家公主 where we bought Royal Jelly, 灵芝 and 鹿胎
- Went to Taipei 101 but did not went up as its too foggy to see anything.
- Saw a bookstore and went in to check if there sell the book Jacky wanted, but No, dun haf
- After Taipei 101, went to 士林夜市 where we tasted the authentic 鸡排 haha....
- Went back to Hotel After that
TaiPei
- Proceeded to 淡水 after breakfast and bought some souvenirs there
- Went to 渔人码头 and took many pictures there too, its so so so nice!!!!
- Went for lunch @ Yakiniku 日式无烟烤肉自助餐 one of the specialty meals, superb food!!
- Went to 故宫 after Lunch to see all thoe ancient exhibits
- Tour guide brought us to 玲珑阁 to help us see our Names, but the main point is to sell their 天祿. Of cos, we did not buy any of those. LoL~
- Went to 西门町闹市 where we tried 阿宗面线 and had some funny encounters of food signboard
- Went to Hotel after that, and this Hotel SUX!!!
TaiPei
- Where the rest of the tour members went home after breakfast, we stayed back as we extended our stay for 2 days.
- Had a very leisure breakfast and checked in to our 富园酒店 hotel that we will be staying during the extension.
- After settling down, we proceeded back to 西门町 to Shop again.
- Where we bought many bags
- Had Lunch at Tamago Ya aka 蛋蛋屋, the food is nice~ =D
- Proceed to Taipei 101 again. As today's weather is good, we went up 101 and the view up there is so nice!!!
- Went to bookstore to help Jacky find his book but this branch has sold out the book.
- Proceed back to Hotel. Tis hotel is much much better although its only a 3 star hotel. Best part is, it provides free internet access.
TaiPei
- After we had our breakfast, we went seperate ways
- We and Young uncle's family went around Taipei where Kaima and family went to 杨明山
- We pass by 总统府 and saw ah bian going to work in this president convoy.
- Went to 国父纪念阁 to take some photos.
- Went to 国父纪念馆（Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall) and there are guards there too..
- Look at the history and some exhibits
- Went to 龙山寺 took look for 观音 statue for our home, we saw a nice one but we din buy
- Went back to hotel to gather b4 having dinner
- Had Steamboat dinner which is so Yummy!!!
- After dinner went to 忠孝钝化 bookstore branch to continue hunting for Jacky's book, his last chance. LoL~~~
- Went wif Kai Yeh and young uncle.
- Spend some time there and bought some books, whether or not jacky got his books, stayed tuned
Taipei -> Singapore
- Woke up early in the morning and took a bus to Taipei Airport
- Some things happen along the way
- Took a 4hr flight back to Singapore
- Home Sweet Home

- From Rich Garden Hotel: Taipei -
Today is the 8th day in Taiwan, after 7days of guided tour in Taiwan. Travelling all around Taiwan, from Tapei, to Hua Lien, Gao Hsiong, Tai Chung and back to Taipei. It has been very enjoyable and the guide was great, the only bad thing is time shopping is so short, i din even get myself any clothes~~ :(
We have visited so man places, seen so many things and sceneries over these 7 days, some are really breath taking... One of the most memorable part is while taking some train and bus rides which travel along the coastline of the Pacific Ocean, its Great!!!! Even saw the sunset at Pacific Ocean in the bus, of cos i have taken picture of it, wait for me to b back to post the pictures!!!
Well today the 8th day, we are on our own and went shopping at Xi Men Ting again, got myself a bag. Went to 101 also, going up cost me $17, seeing the whole of taiwan, its freaking nice!!! Took pictures up there. Will shop for some shirts or berms tomorrow b4 going home on Saturday~!
Just some short updates, take care guys, will post pictures when i m back in Singapore!!!!! =D

- Busy Day.Final Preparations -
Today is quite a rush day for me, Woke up in the morning and haf to mop for floor before going out. Went shopping in the afternoon for my formal pants as well as get somemore clothes for my Taiwan Trip.
Got 2 pairs of formal pants which cost me $98, sent for alteration which will be ready when i m back from my Taiwan Trip.
Got 3 Polo Tees from Giordano which cost me $80~
Got a new pair of Speedo goggles wif Degree which cost me $40~
After settling my clothes, made my way down to Toa Payoh to look for Rena regarding my 3 Qilin babies, as one of them change color, i have hand it over to her so that she can pass to 师傅 to see wats going on. Hopefully she can get back to me when i m back~
After that, went to 三舅 house to pass him a book from mum~ >.<" After that dad came to fetch me and started finaly packing and preparation for the trip where the bus will pick us up at 11am tomorrow~ 
Lots of socks eh~ hahaha.....
Hope we can enjoy our trip, till then i will be back 10days later....
