1 week past~

Its been a week since i last blog~

So tired, 3 straight days of OT and today will be another OT day = (
Tried and tired~

so many days nv sit down wif my family for a good tok and good dinner~

BZ wif work still, still a single person to 2 helpdesk......
1more month, 1 more month~!~!~!~

~Yet Another Farewell~

Today is farewell for Yeechin, went to Family KTV at chinatown for a 5hrs session~
One by one leaving tis company. Management dun feel funny ma? Tis is totally ridiculous~

Well after 2 days MC, recovered and went back to office, to my surprise, there r total of bout 25-30 admin calls which no one call back!!! Power helpdesk eh~

Go back there, luckily ww ish on duty today, took 1/2 day to clear all the calls~
After tat all on my own again~

From today onwards, i will not Lunch in!! Its bout 1mth that i have been lunching in~
I will go for my 1hr lunch, if customer is to come in during this period, too bad. They wan complain, by all means go ahead. Management dun care, y should i?
Feedback already feedback, but till now NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE to help the situation~
I will juz do wat i can, customers wanna complain, by all means go ahead!!!!
Like Ms J quoted, if nv blow out of proportion, management will not do anything~

Really is to let helpdesk 自生自灭~

Say there will be some pay adjustments, 2weeks liao lor, no news~
Hah, stoopid of me to believe that there r actually pay adjustment.
For them is really 嘴讲蓝扒爽~

Its Weekend!!!

Woke up and had to mop floor today~
Still tired after working for 5 freaking days in office~

Den mum cooked fried beehoon and brought it to aunt's place where we took our dinner. after that play mahjong and lol me win loose win loose, end up won $3~

Today tio ibet oso~ ^^

Monday Blues~~~

Wat a way to start a new week?
Came in tis morning, start returning calls, replying emails(consumer & Singnet)~
Non-stop action.

Come to tink of it, its really ridiculous. Last time in Jeanie and Mike's era, there are 3-4 helpdesk wif 1 supervisor and of cos mike as technical mgr. Ever since they quit, things are getting from bad to worse. Till now, 1 helpdesk supervisor clearing all the calls and emails. Pathetic isn't it?


There was this meeting tat says the new control centre will work from 8am - 8pm, and it will consist of 1 helpdesk and 1 HWS gal, but it seems only my poor helpdesk are doing it. And wats worse, they are all handling tis new CONTROL CENTRE thing till there is no time for them to answer any helpdesk calls or clear admin calls. Like wat i say in previous post, "are meeting really useful?". What has been executed is totally different from wats discussed in the meeting. Doing all these alone, tis does not include handling RMA stuffs. To make things worse, i will still have to learn and do the new Control Centre things!!!!

Suggested to juz close the freaking helpdesk as no one mends it anyway except for the Supervisor who has ppl but doing other things~ =.=" total crap!! BUT cannot cos there is a contract wif STinknet that we have to support them from 1 more yr after loosing the Distribution right.

Hopefully NTU replies me fast, had enough of it! Not to mention the pay SUX!!!

Its Weekend~~

Woke up early tis morning but feeling tired~
slept till bout 1pm den wake up~
hahahahah~~~ =.="

Been a long time since i sang KTV at home, so sang it juz b4 meeting unker to watch Pirates 3~

Luckily i have watched Pirates2 yesterday and today(half part each), at least noe wats going on~

Show is quite alright, but lots of talking~

After show is about 10pm, so went home and rest~

Visit...
~Sunday~

Visited ChongQing at his residence and spent the entire afternoon there. In case you haven't heard, he fell at Ubin and broke his 4 front tooth along with a broke left arm and several surface but nonetheless painful bruises. He's looking better already although i guess it must be really difficult going about life with only one functional arm currently. Still, he's very optimistic and glad that he is still around. After hearing him talk bout his accident and his current condition, we steered to other topics like army. We also talked bout his close friendship with Yanzi! He told me about how he gotta know her and how they became close friends. Details are really, classified. We also talked about certain people who would betray their friends to climb higher. That also, is classified. On the whole, he's one optimistic person and i hope he recovers real soon.

Monday Blues~
Botak Jones~

1st day of work after 5days of Holiday~ =D

Everything was quite smooth and Jelly bean ish gone!!!!!!!

After work, went to Botak Jones wif Poon and Eye. We intended to go to clementi branch, but when eye was there, he noticed that its closed!!!

So we decided to go to the Toa Payoh Branch which is near to Braddell MRT~

Hong Kong Trip Day 5
Shopping + Return to Singapore~

Woke up @ 9am and got ready to check out~

Went to check out @ 10am and went to 黄大仙 temple~





Big Lilly pond~


After that, went to a shopping center nearby and mum and aunt spend 2hrs there!!!!
bought bout 5 pieces of clothes, including 1 for my godma~ =D

After that went to 太子~
Took our lunch there~

Another Delicious Lunch, last meal we took b4 leaving Hong Kong~





After that, went to 女人街 walk again~
tis time round is buy bag for little cousins, y isit always bag buying time @ 女人街?~ =S

Head back to hotel after that as coach from Wins Travel gonna fetch us and send us to Airport~
5mins b4 the coach arrive, charmaine says she need to Pang sai and whole coach of ppl waiting for her~ =_="

Arrive at Airport, took some light snacks b4 boarding SQ891, our flight home!!!

Reach Singapore bout 0015~
Took a Maxi cab back home, bathe and unpack~
Slept @ 4am~

Luckily took leave the next day, else really dunno how i go work~

Hong Kong Trip Day 4
Lantau Island

Left hotel at 9am today~
Went for breakfast @ same place as Day3

Tried something different today~ ^^
Fried Mee + YouTiao CheeChiongFun~ Dumpling~

After breakfast, we set off to Lantau island aka 大屿山~
Took MTR to 东涌 follow by cable car up to 大屿山~

Went to watch "Walking with Buddha" & "Monkey Theatre" and walk around those souvenir shops~

Walked up someomore to 宝莲禅寺~
The Gate~


Took a pic of the Big Buddha from the bottom~


Look at the mountain wif clouds on top~


B4 walking up to the big buddha, we went to take our vegeterian lunch in 宝莲禅寺~
The lunch cos HK60 for each adult and 2 child = 1 adult~
Spent a total of HK360 for the lunch which is around $72~

Lunch was delicious~






After Lunch, we went up to big buddha~
Total of 250 Steps~
Mum had a hard time climbing up~

The view up there is wow nice and its so cooling up there!~

After that we went down and went to Ngong Ping Tea house~




The interior is not bad but nothing much in there~ =.="


After that, took cable car down~
Look at those things on the beach!!!
At 1st look, we tot those were cans and litters on the beach~


But when we r closer, they are actually ppl picking up shells?~


Took MTR back to 油麻地 and had our dinner near by~

Dinner is nice too~
Salted Chicken Rice wif vegetable~


Jap Mee wif pork cutlet


Ham Cintan mee~



Go walk walk around 庙街~
walked behind and saw KTV @ street side~
Took a pic~


After that a freaking lady came and ask for money, cos i took pic of them~
WTF sia!!! my dad giv a few dollars but she say not enuff!!!
throw in a few more dollars den she walk away!!
Wat sia, Freaking beggar!!!!

To cool off, we went to have desserts again @ 许留山~




After that is back to Hotel pack up prepare for Check out~
