- Jehovis Zoo Outing 2008 Part1 -

Every year, Aunt's tuition center Jehovis, will bring their students for some
outing. This year, we've decided to bring them to the Singapore Zoological Gardens. Thats actually my suggestion. LoL.. Cos its been a long time since I been to the Zoo. I have actually gathered information and activities of other places, including Botanical Gardens and the newly open Hort Park. But aunt decide to bring her students to the Zoo..

So we liase with the Zoo Education department and was given special rate for the entrance and Boat Ride. We sat down to plan the route for the Outing and some recce. I won't go into too much detail. LoL...

On the actual day, 22nd Dec 2008, students are divided into 4 groups, P4, P5, P6M and P6F. 4 teacher helpers, Aunt Jen, Unker Jeffrey, KS and Me. We draw lots and each took a group.

After that Off to the Zoo...

Bringing students to the zoo is fun!! can be tiring too.. But overall, we enjoyed ourselves and the students enjoyed themselves too..

PolarBear show is quite early, so we rushed over, in time to catch the show. :D

- Snowy & Sparky -

Welcome Snowy & Sparky!!!

They are new hamsters in our office shared by Alex and me!!! These 2 little boys are cute!! Very cute!!
Got both of them from Pet Lovers @ Lot1. Both are Mottled Winter White, last 2 on display other dan the other Roborovski. One is 6 weeks old, the other is 8 weeks old when i got them.
As I already have a plastic tank at home, I purchase the wheel, bedding, food and water bottle.

This is the layout for them on the day the came home.

Got them during Christmas season, so decided to name them Snowy & Winter, but after look at Winter's behaviour, I changed his name to Sparky, cos he is always running on the wheel and hyper active!! LoL...

Sparky is the more dominant one, and will bully Snowy at times making snowy squeak -_-"
