- Busy Welcome Day -

Its once in a year where new students come into our sch. Tis year for the Welcome day, me and Poon zeh zeh is in charge of supporting the IT/AV support~

Yesterday was the 1st time tat we went into the back room of the Big Lecture Theatre. Lots of complicated equipments there and we are to operate it as the Emcee speaks.

The whole welcome day event consist of several things.

• Background music
• Rotating slides
• Prof Kwok's pre recorded Video(Emcee say direct from satallite)
• Book Prize slides
• Freshies Video
• Ending music

Prior to tat, we need to do sound checks, video checks b4 hand. Need to check the volume for the 4 wireless mics, make sure its ok for the users. Check the Volumes for the Background music and Video. Thanks to Thiam Meng for supporting us and guiding us.

Everything went smoothly~ :D
