- Tiring Week -

Its Friesday again!

Been a busy and tiring week. Few things happening since last week.

First, my grandpa was hospitalised as his blood pressure shot up suddenly, to above 200. When me and my dad visited him, the pressure was 222 for the high and 105 for the low. Had a little chat wif him but nothing much to chat about. Long story. Nurse is going to help wash them and change their clothes, so we left.

Two days later, he has been discharged. Doctors have no idea why his pressure shot up so high. They only suspect its the medicine tat might haf caused it and doctor says that he can't get aggitated, angry and can't fall. Did not visit him when he is homeas we did not want Grandma to start digging out problem and make grandpa angry. Welll, get well soon grandpa.


Finally had my gym session on Wednesday. Its a fun session with Kev and Jasper. Surprising I m able to do a 60Kg deadlift 2 reps of 5 and 2 reps of 3. Is it because I got stronger or is it because of the Phisten necklace. LoL...

Meeting Dagen and da rest tonite, Andy says Dagen got something to announce... Expected announcement is he is getting married, lets see if i am correct. LoL...
